1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Softify BD Limited ("Softify", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the InfinityLog website at infinitylog.com.bd and the enquiries you send us through it. It also explains an important distinction: the information we handle about you as a visitor or customer, versus the subscriber-activity logs that the InfinityLog software captures on your own infrastructure, which remain entirely your responsibility.
2. Who we are

3. Information we collect through this website
We only collect what you choose to give us and a minimal amount of technical data needed to run the site securely:
- Enquiry details — when you request a demo or contact us, the name, email address, company, phone number and message you submit.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) generated when any website is visited, used only for security and to keep the site running.
- Direct contact — if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, the contents of that conversation.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site and we never sell your information.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and provide the information you asked for.
- To provide quotations, deploy the product and support you as a customer.
- To keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems.
- To comply with our own legal obligations.
We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your business enquiry as the basis for this processing.
5. InfinityLog, subscriber data and your logs
This is important. InfinityLog is installed and operated on hardware that you — the ISP or operator — own and control. Every network-activity record it captures (PPPoE accounts, IP and MAC addresses, ports, destinations and timestamps of your subscribers) is stored on your own servers. Softify BD Limited does not collect, receive, host, back up or have routine access to those logs. You are the data controller for that information, and we access a deployment only when you specifically ask us to, for installation, support or maintenance.
Maintaining those logs is entirely your responsibility. This includes keeping the software running and correctly configured, ensuring your routers forward data to it, providing sufficient and reliable storage, setting appropriate retention, and taking backups. If logs are missing, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or lost — for any reason, including hardware or disk failure, insufficient storage, power or network loss, misconfiguration, or changes you make — that is your responsibility as the operator. Softify BD Limited has no responsibility or liability for the capture, completeness, retention, availability or loss of your logs.
6. Regulatory log retention (BTRC)
Where you are required by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) or any other authority to retain subscriber-activity logs and to produce them on request, that legal obligation rests solely with you as the licensed operator. InfinityLog is a tool to help you meet it — but deploying InfinityLog does not transfer that obligation to Softify and is not, by itself, a guarantee of compliance. You are responsible for configuring retention periods to match your obligations, for periodically verifying that capture is actually working, and for satisfying yourself that your deployment meets your regulatory duties. Softify is not responsible for any regulatory finding, penalty or action relating to your logs or their retention.
7. Cookies
The website uses only the minimal cookies required for it to function. We do not use cookies to profile you across other sites.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, email or hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where we are required to do so by law.
9. Retention of your enquiry data
We keep the enquiry information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time. (This is separate from your subscriber logs, which we never hold — see sections 5 and 6.)
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to those who need it.
11. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you. Email sales@softifybd.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
12. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it last changed.
14. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
